You can rely on me for honesty, positive energy, friendliness, respect, and a relatable experience. Having the opportunity to make the service process a better one for customers is my top priority. I give them options that can leave their vehicles in great shape. Since joining the auto industry in 2020, I’ve completed the ADAMM Automotive Service Advising Training. My skills include being very caring, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. Outside work, I enjoy disc golf, religiously working out at the gym, going to car meets, and spending time with friends and family.

I arrived shortly before 6 for my appointment, he told me it should be done about 7pm. He came out and got me at 7 sharp, even got my keys for me while I packed up my portable office in the waiting room. With all the slackers and awful service in the world today, Zach did a fantastic job and was refreshing to see someone put in a great effort.

Zach was fine. It was the lack of communication when I scheduled my appointment letting me know there would be extra services performed and a3% charge for using a credit card. Also that the part for the recall would need to be ordered. I was very disappointed in the extra time I had to wait for service. My problem wasn’t with Zach. It was with the person making the appointment and the guys doing the service.
