Taven here, a service advisor who has been in the automotive industry for over five years and looks forward to working with you soon! Remaining honest and open is what I’m known for, along with providing good information. In addition to daily hands-on experience, I am an ASE Certified Automotive Service Consultant. Since the age of 14, I have played basketball and enjoy taking up a game in my free time. As a big fan of the NBA, I also love watching the sport. Going to car shows and events is something else I enjoy. I am a true car fan, so joining the auto world was the perfect choice. My passion for providing every customer with exceptional service is unmatched!

I have requested Taven on my last several visits to Toyota of Brookfield because I feel he listens well. It's important to me that a Service Advisor can pass my concerns on to a mechanic who will be working on my car.

Well...I ended up being in your waiting area for over 4.5 hrs. Absolutely shameful! Taven, never once, came out to tell me what was going on. I had to approach him over the course of the day, 5-6 times to find out what was taking so long. In between his texts and phone calls, he really did not give me any reason why there was such a delay. I ended up asking the tech who was texting me, and he said that it was due too a software issue taking so long. Never have I had to wait so long in a toyota dealership before for services...and I have been to 4 different ones. I will let anyone who will listen know about my experience! Then, after asking the cashier to get a manager (3x's and she tried) no one ever came out. Terrible customer service. You all should be ashamed!
