Remaining honest and open is what I’m known for, along with providing good information. In addition to daily hands-on experience, I am an ASE Certified Automotive Service Consultant. Since the age of 14, I have played basketball and enjoy taking up a game in my free time. As a big fan of the NBA, I also love watching the sport. Going to car shows and events is something else I enjoy. I am a true car fan, so joining the auto world was the perfect choice. Taven - thanks for your help last week. Sorry I couldn't get back before you left for the day to review with you in person. I am still dealing with the shock factor re: the replacement of the air compressor last week and the total amount. Even the clerk said "this can't be right!" when I processed payment on Friday. You mentioned that sometimes the failures just happen, but I turned to the internet for a better understanding and explaination. I saw that it is in fact a very common issue with 2020 Tacomas. I see the labor for compressor replacement is in the $450 - $700 range. Was the rest of the labor on my bill for the spark plugs and other maintenance? I know you were going to help get the price down a little so I wanted to follow up and see if/where I saved getting this done with you/the crew in Brookfield.
