Born and raised in Milwaukee, I'm a detail-oriented Service Advisor with a passion for cars and a knack for building lasting relationships. My time at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee helped shape my work ethic. You could say I'm hard working and determined, and that translates into ensuring the smoothest possible experience for our guests here at Toyota of Brookfield. I genuinely enjoy catering to people's needs and treating their cars with the care I would give my own. When I'm not helping customers, you might find me catching a Bucks or Brewers game. And, of course, I love a good pair of shoes! I've also done some traveling, enjoying abroad trips to Spain, England, and Ireland. The Office is also a favorite of mine. I show up every day with a smile and give it my all.

Sam was very nice and explained everything. I dropped my car off and came back right around the time he said it would be ready. It was done as he said and a lot cleaner than when I arrived.

I appreciated the kindness and respect. Most often service members rush through to get to next person, but Sam was unique and still showed respect even though it was very busy. He was thorough and checked in too. He even candidly wished me a happy holiday weekend at the end. Thank you!

I am so glad that I got Sam as my Service Advisor. He was very efficient as he recorded all of the things I wanted done on my car at the 10-year mark. He checked my repair history and did not recommend services that were recently performed, which is something a previous advisor had done. He quoted me prices and advised me of wait times. I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely request him to be my Service Advisor the next time I bring my car in!
