I have already answered a survey regarding my experience with Rob at my service appointment. I stated that he met me with a smile and great personality! This kind of welcoming makes one feel like they mean something rather than just being a run of the mill customer. I am a teacher and believe in giving complements when they are warranted. Rob is a great service advisor. My rating of Rob is for him personally. My rating for the technician that performed my service work is a 5! My scheduled maintenance required warning on my dash board was not cleared for my oil change, my HVAC controls were all changed from how they were set when I arrived, and my headlight control was changed from "auto" to "daytime running lights only" mode. These are small issues, but they should not have occurred. If a tech needs to change my settings, then they should be returned back to the setting that the vehicle arrived with.
