Professional and easy

My experience with Rob was very good. He was very informative and professional. My only issue was with your service tech who changed the oil but forgot to put the oil cap back on the motor. Fortunately, I recognize this when the valet brought the car out. Rob took care of it right away. Had a driver take me to an appointment I had and returned back to the dealer so overall very good except for the service tech not putting the oil cap back on.

Rob was very patient and helpful with all the questions I asked, (even the “dumb” ones!). I really appreciated his willingness to take the extra time to help me with what I needed. He explained things to me and showed how some things worked. He was very kind—making the service visit a pleasant experience.

Rob was great! He greeted me right away and made me feel like my car was in good hands. He gave me great directions on where to go and wait plus grab a snack. The service didn't take too long this time. Shortly after I received a text with the video, Rob came out and got me and walked me to the cashier. It was a great experience this tome. Rob represents the Toyota dealership very well.

I truly enjoy working with Rob. He has been very consistent ever since the first time I've had him as a service advisor. Due to his nature, there is no question why he is one of my favorite people to work with. Rob is very detailed and super efficient at helping you through the process while you are there.
