Joe was simply amazing. My first time meeting him started out very strong and he was very respectful of my time. I have two younger daughters who both have soccer6 days a week and both had practice at separate places the first day I went into the dealership. He was able to work up a deal that I thought was fair and was initially surprised at how fast he kept things moving. I didn’t end up making a decision that day but I ended up moving forward with the deal a couple days latter. Joe was very informative throughout the whole process and answered all my question completely. I was very impressed with the whole process. This was my first Toyota I ever purchased and will be a Loyal and returning customer going forward.
