There was a few issues to resolve, but everyone there was very respectful and listened to what my concern’s were and resolved them. And love the guest room with all the goodies! I will do all my repairs at Toyota Brookfield. I will again purchase another vehicle in the future . I was amazed how they welcomed our dog name Mick. Everything went well and our finance manager was awesome.And our salesman Joe was accommodating and kept checking on us since I was not feeling well. Joe did his best to get us in and out the quickest he could. I never experienced this excellent experience ant a dealership and I was satisfied to the fullest.By the way I love my Toyota Cross!

Joe was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and didn't rush me or make me feel pressured in my decision to purchase the vehicle I test drove. He was interested in finding a way to get the things I wanted in a car and worked with Zak in Finance (Also wonderful) to make it happen.
