Joseph did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and very professional throughout the entire process. I ultimately purchased my Grand Highlander after looking at several different SUVs at other dealerships. While I did most of the shopping and research on my own, my wife joined at the very end for the final paperwork. Joseph was very attentive and courteous, making sure to include her in the process and ensure she felt comfortable with the purchase as well. After visiting multiple dealerships, including other Toyota dealerships,Joseph was ultimately the deciding factor in where we chose to purchase the vehicle.
