Jacob was very helpful and understanding in choosing a car. The inventory was very limited for what we wanted resulting in a long, tiring process. The only concern we had with Jacob during the process was that it wasn’t until after preparing to purchase a vehicle that wasn’t what we preferred did he show us a lightly used one that was what we wanted. That resulted in over twos additional hours of processing new paperwork for the purchase and another hour to meet with the Finance person to sign closing documents.
