I can’t say enough good things about Jacob and his service. He originally helped me get my Toyota Crown, and now he helped me get into my dream truck!! A brand new 2026 Toyota Tacoma and I absolutely love it. He went above and beyond through the entire process, even helping me get it wrapped in the exact color I wanted. Jacob is respectful, responsive, down to earth, and genuinely cares about his customers. He made everything feel easy and exciting instead of stressful. He did a great job showing me what was available and which cars had deals. Decided on the 2026 Camry se that was on sale. I was a little confused when I was asked my buying price and signing the paper on intent to buy. That was different than griffen Ford were I wasn't asked my final price. I think I could have maybe gone lower on my final price had I known .
