Welcome to the Toyota of Brookfield dealership! My name’s Jackson Mueller, and I’ve worked at this location for over eight years (2014). My reputation includes taking pride in ensuring all of my customers are happy and have a great experience. For five consecutive years, I’ve been Toyota certified. It feels great to represent a dependable brand that customers can trust. My guests enjoy working with me because of my knowledge of our products and easy-going attitude. I’m all about customer satisfaction. Outside the dealership, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, and watching sports. My favorite teams are the Packers, Brewers, and Bucks!

My overall experience in purchasing my 2021 Toyota Rav4 Limited on September 7, 2024 with Jackson Mueller was excellent. It was MUCH appreciated that he stayed on top of each step of the process - both the details and TIMING - and I was not waiting lengthy periods of time between each step. He was well-versed in the process, understanding the tasks that needed to occur and the exact information/details required which definitely helped keep the process moving. There was a smooth transition to the Finance Director, and the details for this portion of the process were covered equally as well. I felt like a valued customer during this encounter, even though I was purchasing my vehicle versus leasing or buying a new one, which is important to me as both a customer "in the moment" and as a future customer. At some point I will be looking for a new car and would like to continue working with Napleton as I have for many years now. Thank you Jackson - I appreciate the great customer service.
