About Henry
I'm a Service Advisor, and I've been at Toyota of Brookfield for a month. Before that, I graduated from Kettle Moraine High School, and I've always enjoyed working on cars, especially older trucks from the '90s. I’m new to the service advisor role, but I'm really excited to help people with their automotive needs. I love figuring out solutions and making sure things are taken care of. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time outdoors. Hiking and camping are big for me, and my three dogs get to enjoy the trails and campgrounds with my wife and I. I really enjoy the satisfaction of helping others, and I think that translates well into this job.

Not the best. I noted that you did not ask me if I had any concerns about my new car. You seemed indifferent when I mentioned the brake wear on the car. Lastly, I was a bit disappointed that a car wash was not included in the service appointment (probably a company policy.)

Not sure this had to do with Henry as much as your procedures. Called on a Thursday to schedule work for the following Tuesday. A few months earlier you'd identified that the two rear tires were in need of replacement & this appointment was scheduled to replace them, along with one other thing that needed to be fixed. Brought the care in Tuesday & tires weren't there. Then on Wednesday you found out you put on the wrong tires. Had to pick up the car & bring it back Thursday to have the correct tires put on. A lot of wasted time which could have been avoided if you'd told us you didn't have the tires at the time of the original appointment.
