I recently purchased a Toyota RAV4, and I cannot praise my sales executive, Hennessy, enough. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, especially regarding financial structures and vehicle availability. Hennessy was incredibly professional and diligent, taking the time to consult with management to ensure every single piece of information she gave me was accurate and transparent.Her exceptional customer service really shined after my initial booking. Knowing I wanted the vehicle quickly, she proactively kept an eye on incoming inventory. When a previous buyer opted out of a vehicle, she contacted me immediately so I could come check it out. She and the management team worked closely with me to finalize a great deal and navigate the finances smoothly. I drove home incredibly happy. Hennessy is an absolute asset to the Toyota brand!
