Don was very upbeat and personable from the start. We knew what vehicle we were interested in, and he provided us an informed test drive. He also kept us informed as we awaited the vehicle that we were interested in to arrive in transit, and felt that he answered out questions, validated our opinions, and was fair in working with us to arrive at a final out the door price.

This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The dealership had some of the most ridiculous customer requirements I’ve ever encountered. They attempted to add extra items to the vehicle purchase, and when I asked to have them removed because I did not want them, they questioned me about why. When it came time to pick up the car, the process took over five hours, even though we were paying by check. On top of that, they asked us to provide three references, which seemed completely unnecessary. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, inefficient, and extremely disappointing. I would drive anywhere else to buy a car. I will never go back to Brookfield Toyota.
