Hey there! I'm a Sales and Leasing Consultant from Milwaukee, with four years under my belt. I graduated from UWM with a degree in IT, which helps me understand the tech side of things. Don was and is a very nice guy. I will give him credit they will stay late to finish delivery of a vehicle. He went over the vehicle with my wife, helping set up the Toyota App. I would recommend Don for your vehicle purchase. Unfortunately my biggest complaint is when you agree to purchase a vehicle, they will add on about $6400 of dealer upgrades I don't want on my vehicle. Such as rust proof protection, clear coat protection, wheel lock lug nuts. The list goes on. These are upgrades they should offer, NOT FORCE ON THE BUYER. Especially at the very high cost they charge. Don as a salesman is unfortunately put in the position to drop the sticker shock price on the buyer. Overall Don was amazing. Wish the closing of the vehicle would go faster.And Toyota of Brookfield really needs to stop with the very high priced vehicle add ons.

Don was great. My previous vehicle was totaled in an accident and I found the perfect vehicle at Brookfield Toyota. I could not get there in a few hours because of being far away and my work schedule. Dan worked it out with his supervisor to hold my beautiful car for a couple of days. I now am in possession of it and absolutely love it. I have had previous experience with a couple of dealerships for Toyota and this was by far the very best experience. I can’t think Don and his manager enough for making my vehicle choice a reality. Eberle defended me and I appreciate it and couldn’t be happier with my Toyota Camry.
