It was wonderful working with Don. We came in looking for a new RAV4...which was apparently the vehicle everyone decided they wanted! Despite that, Don still took the time to answer all of our questions honestly, never made us feel pressured, and was genuinely fun to work with. He even managed to find us an available new option to consider, which felt like an accomplishment given how quickly they were being spoken for. After talking through what we wanted, what was available, and what made the most sense for our long-term goals, we realized a Certified Pre-Owned RAV4 was actually the better fit for us. Don was incredibly patient through all the back-and-forth, our many questions, and the test drive. Even though the dealership was busy, he always kept us informed and updated, and we never felt forgotten. He made what could have been a stressful process genuinely enjoyable. We'd absolutely recommend working with Don!
