Since joining the auto industry in October 2021, I’ve had the opportunity to meet some of the most amazing people, and look forward to interacting with others. The best aspect is working in the sales department and having the chance to solve my customers’ automotive problems. My top priority is helping guests find the vehicle they need and love. Clients enjoy working with me due to my friendliness, welcoming attitude, listening skills, and excellent customer service. Toyota is one of my favorite brands and has been in my family for years, which is why I love working here at Toyota of Brookfield. In my spare time, my top hobbies and interests include going to the gym to work out, reading books that help me grow personally and on a business level, and spending as much time with my family as possible. David did a great job keeping me informed and walking me through the sales process . It was late on a Saturday and a lot of vehicle were sold in the last hour of the day , so finance was backed up . There was a longer wait , but David had informed me of this prior to financing. I chose to wait . He gave me updates on how much longer it would be to see the financing person and offered me something to eat and drink while I waited. Very much appreciated.
