Hi! Brad Flak’s the name, and I’m a sales and leasing professional at the dealership. My top priority is customer service. You can rely on me to listen to your needs thoroughly and to provide the best options available. I’m all about transparency, honesty, and dependability. I joined the auto industry in 2005 and came to Toyota of Brookfield in December 2019. Regardless of the position or team, I’ve maintained a reputation for product knowledge, patience, an easy-going personality, and being ready to assist others, no matter the situation. If I can help or train my colleagues to do something better – even better than me – I do so proudly. My professional certifications include several licenses in accidental, health, and life insurance fields, and holding a sales license in Wisconsin for 16.5 years. Outside work, my interests and hobbies are home improvement projects, landscaping, watching movies, and traveling with my amazing wife. I’ve been to four continents, along with other interesting states and countries; my favorite vacation destinations are Australia and Germany.
