Andres did well. He listened to what was important to me, which was quickly coming to agreement on a fair price on the purchase of the new truck and the trade in of my car. We were able to agree on the purchase price, but not on the trade in, which was ok. It still took 4 hours to buy the truck which is too long, but he handled his part of the process well.
